I was told the rooms were over booked. I booked 2 rooms and booked almost 6 months in advance-paid in full and the rooms/tower i booked was "sold out". The desk agent did have remedies which definitely made up for that inconvenience. My issue was waiting for the issue to get cleared took nearly 45 minutes. We didnt get to do anything that night due to the extended wait. Then I had to wait in line at noon, to see about getting one of the rooms changed over due to people checking out. I dont feel like I should've had to do that. They could've contacted me letting me know they had the correct room and I could come down to swap them. Waiting another 45 minutes to do something that should've been done the 1st time is an additional inconvenience that I just had to eat. Not good.

Amazed with this hotel, it’s absolutely stunning for the price point and what you’re getting! In my case we booked a Premium Suite 1 Bedroom With A balcony, and WOW it was amazing! The whole kitchen with the island and a wine fridge and dishwasher too! Comes with pots, pans, forks, glass cups, etc- which is neat! Also on the sliding door behind are a dryer and washer stacked. Living room, amazing, with big TV and a projector which was very cool with the speakers above! Automatic blind/shades from ceiling to floor. Also the lights switch’s (some) are slide ur finger to adjust the lighting (dim) nice too! BALCONY! AMWAZINGGGGG! Wow such amazing view towards the MGM and Luxor Hotel, odd number rooms face the other side! Spacious balcony with couch seats, nice too! Bedroom with also TV and power shades/ blinds, super nice with access to bathroom (siding door) and very big bed! Bathroom was amazing too, although I wished it came with the tub as shown in the picture! But no big deal and the sliding door wouldn’t lock because the locking lock doesn’t lock/fit correctly! But no big deal! Super nice still! And toilet heats up and sprays :) And yeah pretty much it, amazing room will book again in the future and very very satisfied, very worth it, great for small little calm family reunion/ party! (Don’t take my word, but probably is fine or not) but the space gives that opportunity! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks Elara and our housekeeper! Very much appreciated!

Excellent staff! Very noisy ambience. Loud music at pool! Sunday brunch was like a nightclub atmosphere. Loud music again. Not a great choice if you want a more intimate surrounding. Bar very busy! Many outsiders on property. Local crowd coming in to party I guess

Make sure you scan the qr code that simply says "whats happening this week" on your bedside table. It will tell you the pool closes at 7pm. Paid a resort fee and didnt get resort amenities.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and great amenities

I have stayed at this property many, many times over the years. I considered it a hidden jewel when I traveled to LA. The rooms have always been small, but you had what you needed. It was well decorated, and it felt like it had value beyond its affordable price. Before you read further, I would stay here again, given the price and location. But now it's been stripped bare, compared to what it used to be. No check-in personnel at all. Check-in is now done with a kiosk, with what appears to be an offshore individual. No furniture beyond a bed and dollar-store side tables. Not even a chair. They pulled up all the carpet throughout the building, and even removed the "Hollywood"- themed decorations. The TV is there, but it doesn't have any major networks or news sources beyond the local TV affiliates. There was a nice coffee machine, but even it was out of order when I checked in; it didn't work until day three. There was also some sort of odor I can't describe. Luckily, I travel with Febreze. Again, I used to love this place. So this is difficult for me to write. Now, that said. The bed was comfortable and the shower, though very low pressure, was fine. I realize it is not a resort, AND I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN, given the pricing, just disappointed to see my old friend a mere shell of its previous self.

Great easy place if you are visiting UCLA. Hotel is kind of run down but the beds were nice and firm, towels were soft and newer feeling. Comfortable. Nice place to grab a drink or quick bite outside by the pool. Would definitely stay again.
