We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

Loved our room. We were hoping for a whirlpool tub, but it was a standard deep tub. It was nice. We had a lovely view of the pool from our room. We stayed in the Ruby Tower and we loved it. The living room AC control is independent from the bedroom AC control. That was very useful. Our only cons was having to pay extra for a fridge.
