Before I got the the property the reviews I read was scary, but all turned out to be untrue. The property is excellent no sewer small as some people said in reviews. The food at every restaurant was good the staff was excellent the pools were clean and my room and view from my room was amazing. My wife and I are already making plans to return.

This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!

While the El Encanto studio rooms are a bit dated, need some repair and may have a musty smell, Hacienda Encantada does make it all up with the service they provide. From the housekeeping service, to the pool bar service, and restaurant service, they all were great. This is the second time that we vacation here, and we will be returning. The food is absolutely delicious. Any request we made was quickly fulfilled. Please don’t let our first line scare you away, We’ve been at other resorts where the service and food have been horrid despite the nice looking room. So, just keep that in mind. We have a picky 11 year old son who loves this place and enjoys the attention that he gets here at Hacienda Encantada. We honestly love the fact that they care about our child. Our deepest appreciation to all the staff who made it possible for us to enjoy our vacation.

The check in front desk was wonderful!!! Nayeli was a sweetheart and explained everything about the resort so clearly!! Our room appeared clean however the moment we opened the refrigerator a horrible stench came out and there was old room service food in there. We called front desk and they said we would have to wait over an hour for someone to come clean the refrigerator. Other than that and the fact the golf carts left me waiting for quite some time was a little bothersome, aside from that the resort is beautiful the service at the restaurants was superb it is hands down the best Pueblo bonito resort and the food is delicious very well worth the all inclusive will definitely be coming back
