Clean room, kind staff.

Property was very clean and staff was extremely helpful. Excellent value.

Excellent stay, I did have to transfer room due to a sewage smell but it was not a fault of the hotel it was from outside in the city. The city seems to have a generalized drainage problem, may be due to overpopulation and infrastructure issue. The hotel was very lovely and accommodating. Very polite, food was good also. Facility felt old and not up to date.

An old hotel with bad smells, find an another hotel for the price, it’s definitely not a four star hotel. More like 3?

Staffs are very attentive , friendly and helpful .

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out. Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. It was an overall great experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

The room is clean and spacious. The washroom is also clean and spacious. I love that the laundry is on the same floor as our room (4th floor. I’m not sure if they have it on every floor). They have the microwave, plates, towels, big garbage cans on the same area too which was convenient. The hotel is located in the heart of Myeongdong so it’s very close to a lot of dining and shopping options. The street where it is seemed a little bit sketchy at night because its dark but overall the stay was good and I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel right in the middle of everything!!! My second stay here!
