Excellent service hotel was fully booked and very busy. Nurum hotel manager was always there to answer any questions. Provided me help with arranging a taxi service to KSA. Adnan in the lobby and Said during breakfast were very friendly. Had an amazing time and loved the service.

This is my second stay at this hotel and the staff are outstanding. From Aksha and Ibrahim at the front desk, to Zaw in the breakfast dining room, to Jingle, Akeem and Jassim in the Maestro Lounge on the 17th floor. My wife and I recommend this hotel highly.

A very special shout-out to Ally, the pool assistant, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. That kind of genuine care is what makes this place truly special. The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views. And of course, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Iqbal, who welcomed us each time with warmth and a smile, and made every visit feel special with his impeccable hospitality. Also, a big shout-out to Martha, our lovely Customer Experience Host at reception. Her beautiful smile and kind, welcoming nature made us feel instantly at home.
