Great breakfast wonderful staff

The room was decent, clean, and welcoming. Nice touch of local historical art rather than vague abstract pieces often too commonplace in rooms. The hotel is on the older side but everything was functioning. The room was fully equipped and all the appliances were serviceable. Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Sherwin, Alexa, Roe, and colleagues at front desk deserve a shoutout. They were extremely intentional in their service! Breakfast was a good and had a decent spread of local and international food. Housekeeping was very expedient, never has staff knock on the door within 5 minutes of calling reception.

The breakfast is extraordinary, ,the room are spacious and clean,most of all its next to the Mall.

Staff were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean, it was wonderfully quiet, the pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and the food was delightful! I would definitely recommend this resort!

I like that there was a Smoking area! The staff was amazing and Mr. Khaloui was very helpful and amazing. The breakfast was great, so so many choices to choose from. I just wished they had a laundry room where we could wash our clothes. And the other thing I didn’t like was that they were fixing something that it smelled like paint thinner but otherwise I truly recommend this place!

The restaurant staff was great — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the service felt pretty laid‑back, and getting assistance outside the restaurant wasn’t easy. The place itself is quiet and feels private, which is nice, but the food overall is just average with nothing particularly special. We visited the herb garden and the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, which was a good experience. The biggest inconvenience is the layout. The check‑in counter is extremely far from the rooms. It’s manageable on arrival, but checking out is a hassle because you have to walk a long distance with your bags. They have a golf cart that could easily help guests get to the port, but it just sits in the garage instead of being used. Other than the few standout staff, the overall experience is just okay.
