Room is modern and spacious, nestled right above Times Square and minutes away from Rockefeller Plaza. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown NY especially, but nearby subway access makes all of NY accessible given that it’s also feet away from the hotel.

Overall not bad. I was there 2 nights and had to get keycard updates in 3 occasions which was extremely frustrating.

Very nice staff, clean rooms good location. We had a room “garden” view and it was perfect on the upper floor quieter probably then front. We had a good stay.

We have been coming to Terranea since they opened. We have brought our families there so many times and it is always amazing there. The service was very nice although very slow at the spa. We didn’t get any service by the pool for two hours till I said something. We got a free upgrade, which was very nice however I was Shocked to see the patio furniture was beaten up with some chairs burned by the fireplace. It makes me a little sad that the property is not maintained as it once was.

Great location, the rooms are wedges between the backs of buildings so they have tiny windows with brick wall views. No rooftop terrace or nice restaurant on site. Gym is extremely basic. For a Sofitel, I expected more.

We recently stayed at Otonomous Hotel in Las Vegas and overall had a good experience. Our suite was very spacious, new, clean, and comfortable. It included a nice living area, dining space, full kitchen, large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. There were a few downsides, though. The thermostat was a bit confusing to use, and soundproofing could definitely be improved. There was a connecting door between our suite and the neighboring one, and light could be seen coming through the cracks. Unfortunately, there was a dog barking on the other side, which became annoying. We could also hear pool music and people talking in the hallway, although we did not hear noise from rooms above or below us. One helpful tip: the property is very large, so ask the front desk which elevator is closest to your room. We didn’t and ended up with a very long walk to our suite. Overall, it’s a beautiful, modern property with excellent suites, but just be aware that noise may be an issue depending on your room location.

Super comfy beds and a large room! Lots of dining options. I highly recommend the Conrad and cannot wait to come back!

Nice room, very reasonable price for the location and balcony. Balcony view wasn’t anything to brag about but still super nice having a balcony on a room less that $400.
