had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Kyoto. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with warm, attentive service that was both professional and personal. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. After long days exploring Kyoto, it felt like the perfect place to come back to and relax. My room was elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and feel completely at home. I especially loved the blend of luxury and comfort throughout the property. Every detail from the quiet ambiance to the comfortable bedding and refined décor made the experience feel special without ever feeling overwhelming. The location was also excellent for exploring Kyoto while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. Overall, my stay was memorable, relaxing, and truly exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and luxurious experience in Kyoto.

What a beautiful oasis in the middle of Kyoto! Every single attention to detail was made. Rooms were gorgeous, food was amazing, staff was very helpful and friendly. Easily one of the finest hotels I have stayed in, period. Only room for improvement was that I wished they had more lunch options, it was merely the dinner menu (and dinner prices) for lunch.
