Excellent stay. Lovely clean large room. Brilliant breakfast. Staff are amazing and when our car wouldn’t start they helped give us a bump start! They went above and beyond with their help! Highly recommend.

stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years for both business and pleasure but it appears to have changed hands and didn't seem to be run as well as it was.
We booked two Superior rooms believing they were refurbished - one was, but the other had only been redecorated and disappointed.

I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

Beautiful hotel and rooms in a beautiful location! Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, quite attentive; but language was a barrier at times (understable in a foreign country). Breakfast was fantastic. Spa was disappointing. Our first bedroom had power and cooling system issues, and we insisted on moving when issues were not fixed; however, we were not compensated for the inconvenience. Very walkable area with many good restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel for travelers.
