probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. the rooms are SO spacious, very clean and comfortable. the property is beautiful. wonderful breakfast as well! such a great location, close to so many gems. I will only stay in this hotel while visiting florence! grazie mille!!

Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions.

Warm and friendly welcome. Spacious room with remarkable view of the square and Duomo. Rooftop bar and terrace bar really great for soaking up Florence vibe. Staff excellent throughout. Top tip: Be careful of the mosquitoes when the weather is hot! Hotel provides bug plug for room.
