Grand MONday is absolute gem!! We love the hotel, room is so clean and very nice set up. The staff are amazing, they went beyond my expectations for helping celebrating my 20th anniversary. From the upgraded our room to the decorations and the cakes. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back here again when I'm back for another japan trip. 5 πππππ

A fabulous location close to multiple train stations and places to eat. The room was large and provided heaps of space for a family of 3 and 3 large suitcases. I asked for a room away from the train line. You can still hear the trains but itβs ok. I really loved everything about this hotel, the location, restaurants and it was super clean and a washer/dryer is a bonus when travelling. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

Very nicely appointed & functional rooms
A very short walk from ueno station
Washer-dryer in room was very practical , in fact the entire layout of the room , rain shower, sectional sofa bed, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink+hotplate was next level.
Highly recommend

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

English speaking staff very helpful to us. Loved the many fine dining options including the French restaurant, the Cantonese cuisine restaurant, afternoon tea lounge and the bar with live entertainment. Perfectly situated hotel with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
