An excellent hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and seating area. Nice sized room with a balcony. the promenade is right on the river. Easy access to ICONSIAM and boats ( “bus” boat linking you to the main sights or the Hop on Hop Off). The breakfast was excellent with wonderful Thai dishes as well as European and American dishes. I'd definitely stay here the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Stayed from January 2–7 and everything was flawless. The staff was welcoming, the room spotless with great views, and the amenities were excellent. Fantastic location and delicious breakfast every day. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Bangkok is a busy city so expect road noise.

Not advisable to take public transport from airport to Hilton directly, especially with young children. The journey was difficult due to multiple change from airport rail to BTS stations with long walks across each station. Breakfast selection is limited. Unsafe with young children as hotel is located across emporium, needed to jaywalk across a busy traffic road. Toilet seats are not heated, not a major concern but it's something that I will look out for comfort and amenities. For the room itself, it's clean, noise insulation is great, comfortable, I had a great sleep and my 3 year old slept well too. She loved the bathtub and the king size bed. More suited for adults. Won't recommend to families with young children/infant on strollers for sure. Overall score for me 7/10

Absolutely outstanding. I travel constantly and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I booked a lebua Suite River View but I was eligible for an upgrade as I have EXPEDIA VIP ACCESS (Platinum). I got a lovely room in the Tower Club at lebua on the 53rd floor. From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was super friendly, welcoming and polite. They made every guest feel valued. Excellent customer service. My room was huge and spacious with a view to die for of the majestic Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline. It was lovely waking up in the morning and going out on my personal balcony to enjoy the view and refreshing breeze. You will be required to sign a disclaimer upon arrival to have access to the balcony. A member of staff will then unlock the doors for you. I would be mindful if you have small children or a baby as there is a sizeable gap between the pillars. I had a spacious bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, work desk and separate living room. Very clean. Complimentary water was provided daily. Housekeeping was done well. The staff were so kind and left chocolates, fruit and beer for me to enjoy. The hotel has a number of award-winning bars and restaurants on the premises, that I would highly recommend trying when staying at the hotel. You are a 10-minute walk from Saphan Taksin BTS (Silom Line) and Sathorn Pier which serves as a gateway for river transportation.
