It is a great place to spend your vacation. We would stay here again if we come to Samoa. However, one recommended improvement is to add mosquitos repellent devices to the rooms and restaurant

Staff were helpful when we checked in - said we could have a late check out - staff the next morning was rude and said we ddint have a late check out - tried to charge us - hung up on me, rude. Got woken up by the restaurant staff demanding us to sign for a bill at 11:30 that wasnt for us. Best buffet breakfast out of all of the 5 resorts we stayed at - best beach to relax out of all resorts we stayed at - but i rank it a 4 due to the feeling of being in a city not and paying over $1000nzd for a quality nights sleep and being left like we were in a night club.

I cannot fault the Seabreeze Resort. The owners Chris and Rhonny were fantastic and their staff outstanding. Best of all is the private beach and reef which was great for snorkelling and swimming. Restaurant and Pool bar were great with a good selection of food and drinks to cater for everyone’s taste. If you want a truely relaxing holiday then this is the place to go in Samoa. We will be back for sure. To all at the Seabreeze Resort thank you for a wonderful time. We returned home today and are missing it already 👍

Run down and overpriced - requesting an early check in for even just 1 oclock when check out is at 11 forget it - you can only check in at 3 - which is really late considering most check ins are at 2 over the whole island - the restaurant is over priced - and we literally saw one of their drop off men taking a leak on the side of the car where car drop offs are - oh and if your paying premium dollar a hot shower and NOT a luke warm shower is to be expected. Out of the 5 properties we stayed at in upolo and savaii this was the worst.

The resort is conveniently located near the airport. The staff were all very warm and friendly, however there's room to improve hospitality management skills. The resort infrastructure is quite extensive and ageing - unfortunately we had issues with having no or very limited hot water in two of the rooms we were moved to. The food is fresh and well prepared but the menu could do with a higher level of variety or rotation for longer stays. The gym and health spa were very convenient but the facilities require maintenance upkeep. I had a traditional massage which was one of the best I have ever received - truly blissful. I think the resort will improve as it has only recently been taken over and there is a learning curve in play. Would I go back? Yes absolutely because to spite all of these small things we loved our stay and the friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the cultural activities and the impressive cultural night.

Wonderful staff, extra friendly and helpful, very clean rooms, just overall amazing experience for my daughter and I. The lunch and dinner menu was average though - it just lacked flavour however the staff exceeded and fixed those issues. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Have shared with family our experience and my daughter has really enjoyed our 5 nights there (6 days). Special mention to Curtis, Upu and the lovely ladies who worked during the day (sorry couldn’t get their names), Erika for the services provided - even with an extended night, they accepted my request to stay in the same room. Also they organised taxis several times a day for work conferences, airport pickups, and for shopping in town. All staff were awesome - and the cleaning staff - faafetai for your tautua! Have recommended to family and friends and will def be back next trip to Samoa! Faafetai lava 😍

Really beautiful setting. Party of 5 adults in ocean and adult-only villas. Cockroach infestation in the adult-only villas and chatting to our neighbours there, they had the same problem. It was a major issue as the fumigation remedy caused an asthma attack and there was no offer to remove belongs before the fumigation or to move rooms. The staff were a mixed bag. At the beginning of our stay they were rude, hostile and treated you like you were a major inconvenience. When the owner was present at the end of our stay, they were much more efficient and polite. The food was expensive as you’d expect but the quality was poor and there were no light meal options at dinner. Breakfast was fine but still wasn’t out 45min after it was meant to be available and getting huffs and death stares from the staff wasn’t worth the hassle of asking how much longer the wait would be. The pool bar wasn’t open at all over our 8 day stay and there was no explanation why. Overall it’s a beautiful setting and the owners investment into it shows. It’s a shame that the staff let them down.

Plusses: comfy bed, large rooms, good snorkelling at low tide. Rock Pool bar for evening drinks is a cool spot. Close to the giant clam sanctuary and swimming with turtles! We biked to the clam/turtle location (4km) from RTP using the resort bikes. String band and buffet dinner night is a must do! Highly recommend. The matriarch of RTP is soooo lovely. We loved our chats with her and she made us feel like valued customers! Gorgeous lady. The daily updates sheet you get each morning is absolutely a great read with some good humour in it. We always looked forward to the daily updates. Be aware: Massage was terrible and my partner said his was very very average. Went for a hot stone massage and the stones weren’t even hot. She then proceeded to try and heat them up via boiling hot water and going in and out of the room between jugs boiling, leaving me on the bed directly under air con. Shower pressure was lacking, it would surge and a couple of times it even stopped. Breakfast wasn’t included in our accomodation when we booked via Expedia. Buffet is $45 WST or there are menu items starting at $30 WST Food prices in general were 90% of our costs while in Samoa. No other places nearby for dinner or lunches unless you hire a car and want to drive to another resort.
