What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us outside and was super easy to find, which made travelling with a baby so much less stressful. When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly team who made us feel looked after straight away. Our room already had a cot set up for our baby, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot to us as parents. The views from our room were simply stunning. Waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The breakfast and buffet dinners were absolutely delicious, with so many great options every day. The evening shows were also incredible, so much fun and such a great atmosphere every night. We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday, my husband’s birthday, and Mother’s Day week, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making these memories so special. No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders.

As a woman travelling on my own I felt so safe and I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t smiling, checking in on me or giving me advise for places to go/see. The hotel assisted me with hiring a car and getting me to/from the airport which was very appreciated. The hotel also arranged for me to see a local rugby game, which I highly recommend, and they made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The grounds and beach were beautiful and well maintained, my room had good AC and I also used their laundry service which was well priced and returned to me the same day. They also have complimentary snorkel gear which was great!

Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it could use a little more TLC around the grounds for minor things like gardens, but they seemed to be working on this while we were there. Please taper your expectations for these types of destinations! Small island nations have may have big hearts, but they don’t have big budgets. Don’t expect to find a fancy Bali resort here! All in all, we loved our stay! Thanks team

Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy.

This is a hidden gem . So relaxed and yet accomodating to all that we need .staff are wonderful , food is made with love and nothing is too much trouble . Highly recommend
