We were a little disappointed in this hotel.
We have been to Bali many times and stayed in numerous different locations and different hotel styles.
We noticed cigarette butts on pathway from pool which remained until we left.
Some mornings at breakfast we didn’t get offered tea or coffee due to the lack of staff.
There were problems getting a sun lounger everyday with people getting to the pool at 7am putting out towels and not returning for hours.
I noticed this a lot as I went out for an early swim everyday.
The room was cleaned everyday but to a minimal standard.
I appreciate it’s a large resort and we did travel in the busy period, Australian school holidays, but I don’t think we would return.

You get what you pay for
"Definitely not the experience promoted by user comments. A bit dirty. Had to move rooms because first toilet was broken. Both toilet seats fall off when you lift them. Handprints all along walls. Place needs a scrub down. Staff was really nice however. Pleasant and accommodating."
