One of the best service I have ever had in the hotel industry. The customer service is impeccable. I was treated with utmost respect and assistance that made my stay worthwhile that I would stay for another week or month if I could. I will absolutely come back and already recommended it with friends.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

We loved the privacy especially to the beach. The staff were corteous and hospitable.

If U want a relaxing, peaceful and a beautiful day this hotel is your place to go. Staff r so polite, helpful and friendly. I’ve been to this hotel 2x and never fails. There’s a very little disappointment on the Buffet Breakfast. It feels like it’s the same but don’t get me they all taste good

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Astoria Current's staff are everywhere. If you need any assistance, they're there. The service was the best. I'll be coming back.

Beach was immaculate with a wonderful view. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. Bartender Jay and waitress Arianne were standouts. Pool is massive and restaurants provided excellent food. Would stay again.

The rooms and amenities are very luxurious. The transport service was excellent. It’s very close to the beach - there are shortcuts within the hotel to get you to the beachfront quickly. The main pool is big and it has a bar right next to it. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is great - plenty of choices. We weren’t made aware that there are water dispensers within the hotel so we were shocked when we didn’t have any water in the room. The lady at reception didn’t mention this to my husband when he came down to ask, but instead just told him where he can buy bottled water. To be fair they have tiny signs in the room but reception should have informed us of this as well. We also didn’t know where to go for breakfast. We had to figure this out on our own. The receptionists just do the bare minimum, I think. I also left my sunglasses on one of the sun loungers at the beach. When I asked the hotel staff they said they have no idea where it is. The staff at the beach probably didn’t hand it in when he found it, which is completely dishonest and unprofessional from a 5-star hotel like this.

It was my 2nd stay at this property and it was wonderful again! I hope to be back again ... thanks!
