**Great hotel in a fantastic location** We had a really enjoyable stay at Nero North. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the location is excellent. The rooms are a real highlight — spacious, modern and very clean, making them a great place to relax after a day out. There are a few areas that could be improved. The number of sun beds is limited, and the ones available aren’t particularly comfortable. Adding cushions would make a big difference. The beach area is also quite small, especially around breakfast time when it can feel busy. Service around breakfast could be a little quicker too. Plates aren’t always cleared away promptly, and ordering food and drinks can sometimes take a while. That said, these are relatively minor issues. **Overall, Nero North is a great hotel with lovely staff, a fantastic location and excellent rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it — it’s well worth booking.**

It’s clean as described. Walking distance to other restaurants and clubs. Safe. Staff is friendly and quick to response.

Very good service. Do note that we had a plumbing issue in our villa which caused it to smell like sewage upstairs. It wasn't resolved so we switched villas (the staff here are lovely) and luckily the new one was great. They give you complimentary snacks, and the breakfast is good! I enjoyed the location and amenities. There is a lot of construction noise around. Not the villas fault but definitely something a bit frustrating and less relaxing.

Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. We had such a wonderful stay here. We booked the beachfront suite and it was stunning! The bed faces straight out the window, overlooking the beach. The amenities in the room were great and the day bed in the outside area of the room was just brilliant! The staff are all lovely and so helpful and the massages at the spa are incredibly relaxing. The food in the restaurant was all delicious. The hotel is in a remote location so there isn't much around it but perfect for switching off and relaxing.

Overall an amazing beachfront hotel, has everything you would want or expect. Only downside was the road to get into and out of the hotel was not ideal especially for larger vehicles.
