Very Disappointing Stay Our four-night stay at Corazón was unfortunately disappointing. We were promised a sunset-view room, but the view was mostly of what appeared to be a junkyard, and the room itself was very musty. Service was also inconsistent—we repeatedly had to request coffee pods, and one day we waited 1½ hours for towels after calling three times. The beach club was frustrating as well. We were told reservations were not required, yet we were unable to get loungers when we arrived and had to wait about an hour. We later saw non-hotel guests using loungers while empty ones remained available. At the 360 Sundeck, we were also told there were no loungers available despite seeing empty ones. Throughout our stay, my husband and I often felt ignored and treated differently, and as two brown guests, we unfortunately left feeling that we may have experienced discrimination. The constant beach vendors also made it difficult to relax, to the point that we eventually left the beach. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience we expected, and we would not return to Corazón.
