Great Facility. We arrived several hours before check in. The staff went over and beyond to store our luggage until we were ready to check in. Once we did check in they then delivered our luggage to our room.
We were then free to roam and relax. Everything we needed is on the premises and very spacious. If I can offer a suggestion, The windows and public spaces seem dated and need a bit of attention. Specifically, The windows need to be cleaned on the exterior. We noticed looking out the window there was a lot of caked up dirt. bird dew, and dust on them. Inside our room was beautiful. It wouldve been nice to look out clean windows. other than that, for the price we paid, the Westin is a Win, I would stay again.

The room was spacious and clean with a microwave and kitchen sink. The aircon was a bit noisy but earplugs saved the day! Good location. The Reception staff members were friendly and helpful.

Love the history of the ship and how the keep it in historical condition.
Love the new speakeasy wish it was open more nights.
This years Dark Harbor was my favorite and I've gone every year since they started. The opening show was awesome, characters were great.
