Enjoyed our stay here even if it was just for one night. Right off the freeway with lots of convenient stores around. It’s a very small parking lot so be cautious if you have an extra large car. My RAV4 fit fine. Room was just the right size do 2 people with convenient amenities. I wasn’t expecting a cooler fridge in the room so that was a plus. Also really appreciated there was overhead lighting, unlike most hotels where your only lighting is side tables. The room and bathroom seemed updated and clean. The only downside was that we noticed dirty brown stains on the sheets laying on the side of the bed the next morning. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay here and would book again.

Perfect location, free parking, and a generous room size are enough to make up for the blocked drains and general average state of the property. The lobby has coffee available 6:30-9:30am, which was pretty good and helped us have a nice walk over to Disney. You can get to the parks two ways. One is to walk through the Grand Californian. The other is to turn more towards the end of Downtown Disney, which is closer to the monorail. Both took us between 12 and 15 minutes, so very close either way. Seriously, it was faster than people who paid $40 to park but then had to take a tram to the parks. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

Staffing was nice and attentive but the facility a bit old and some areas of the floor in the hallways needs fixing as well the elevator floor.

Stayed for three nights- aircon was very loud. Receptionist was not available for period of 20 or some min every night.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean.
