Overall not a bad experience and location. Lots of construction along the street but navigating around was good. One negative I have was the AC unit. Can’t control room temperature if the hotel is set to heat. Pretty interesting limitation. Our first night our room was around 25-26 degrees Celsius. A touch over room temp. Had to crack open the window which wouldn’t be a problem but since the hotel being on the Main Street, it was loud. Next day we got a fan from the first desk definitely help with the heat but still wish we were able to control the temp. Even just a fan option to cool the room down would’ve been best…

I loved it probably will be back again to this hotel

I was in Asia for a month and this was the worst hotel i stayed in, by far. It was listed as 4 star. It had no concierge. Well, it had a desk but when i asked they said no more concierge. Once i saw someone there, a staff member and he waved me to the front desk. The lobby is empty, only a few seats and nothing else. There is seating to the left and it is cordonned off. Front desk staff were ok at check in (not great) and were totally unhelpful if i had any questions. I asked for a suggestion of a Korean restaurant. The front desk staff said "McDonalds" and laughed. I told him i didn't have cash and he gave me directions to a street market that didn't take credit card. The room itself was ok, but old looking. It was the style where you have to put your keycard in for electricity and they wouldn't give me two. There was no easily reachable outlet next to the bed, which i needed. There was no real desk. Just a shelf above the tv with a chair in front. the shelf was high, and the chair lower than normal so i had shoulder pain after doing computer work. this was an EXPENSIVE hotel and totally not worth it. the only thing it has going for it is location. Would definitely not stay there again, and by their attitiude, they won't miss me...

Everything was great but they are really weird about the pool and you have to reserve it in hour long blocks on the weekends. Not a huge deal but would have booked something cheaper without a pool if I knew it was a strict schedule. Not a deal breaker and the hotel was in a great location to sites and very nice everything breakfast was included with the package and it was the best I have ever had.

Good location, a short walk from Seoul station. Room was cosy, but completely functional. Perfect for a short stay in Seoul.
