We enjoyed this hotel. The absolute best part of the say came from the staff. I'm not extremely happy with the marketing of the place where it shows the Beach pictures everywhere and it's extremely miss leading but you can't ame the staff for that. Nari was outstanding and the staff will make your stay a good one!

Location was beautiful and the hotel was clean. We had an amazing view of the mountain and the beach from our hotel in private pool. However, communication with the staff was very poor. This was also the most expensive location we stayed at in Bali with the very bare minimum included in our stay. Everything here was an up charge or extremely expensive compared to other places nearby. The breakfast that was included was really great. Dinner was crazy expensive at this location and not good at all for the most part. One day we dined in our room. The meal was crazy expensive with an up charge of 50,000 (they prefaced that) but then the actual food was lackluster and my pad Thai was terrible. That seemed to be the case with the food the our entire four day stay. The breakfast was good and then other days it tasted completely different and not good at all. We were really sad because we loved this place but at the same time there were a lot of things that we’re not great during our stay.
