Stunningly beautiful resort. We are very happy we booked the villa with a private hot spring in the courtyard. We made use of it everyday. Extraordinarily nice and well-trained staff. And we very much appreciated all the sustainability efforts. Can’t wait to return.

The staff here were exceptional. It’s a nice hotel but there were a few areas that lacked a little bit of maintenance or weren’t very well thought out. For example it’s all open plan so the shower steams up the room. You step out of the shower onto tiled floor which is very slippery. We had a nice time here, it has lovely grounds and the staff are great. We were in a club room which is next to a construction site where there was noise and waste burning. Although this didn’t happen at night. The upstairs pool and bar area for the club rooms was really nice. Overall it’s a nice hotel, but there are better ones out there. If you are on a budget it’s a good option, but if you are deciding between this hotel and somewhere more expensive, you may prefer that option
