We had a wonderful stay - so close to the port but with a more luxurious atmosphere than other similarly situated hotels. Lovely, friendly reception staff and housekeeping. The room was beautiful with wrap around terrace views of Piraeus and beyond. Immaculate and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The hotel itself was good. The food was excellent. The service was good. It was clean. The area was a bit noisy. And just a couple of blocks from the hotel they were drug addicts in the streets, injecting drugs into the veins. It did not make me feel very safe.. There was also a malfunction that kept ringing an alarm throughout the night, which was very annoying. I should have called the front desk, but I didn’t. Otherwise, our hotel was very pleasant.

The hotel was dated - the beds were uncomfortable and felt like they hadn't been updated in a long time. The pool area wasn't very nice to enjoy a swim and the ladder into the pool was broken when we were there. Overall the hotel would be much better suited to someone on a business trip than anyone going for a vacation in athens.

Great staff great view

I really appreciated the staff and free breakfast. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated. The only issues I had was that we were placed on the third floor and there was no elevator in that part of the hotel. If you are differently abled or have physical limitations that prevent stair climbing do not get the third floor - if you have heavy luggage this could be an issue although the staff helped take up the luggage. Be aware that this hotel does not allow tissue to be flushed in the toilet and if you aren’t accustomed to a bidet that might be awkward. Also the big spa tub was nice but we had no stand up enclosed shower. There was a handheld spray faucet but you end up getting water everywhere. All in all I would recommend for a short stay if you don’t need an accessible room. I don’t think this was made plain in the hotel description or booking with Expedia it should have been. I can only speak for our room the main hotel rooms may be different.

Very close to all of the sites to see and restaurants. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.
