Hotel located in safe area.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

Good but shower water went from boiling hot to cold. Very hard to control. Great Breakfast fruit.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

As always, The Landmark was awesome. They really know how to take care of their customers. Great location and close to the Sky Train.

Staff and Spa were amazing! Rooms are nice and very clean. Restaurant is open 24/7 as well.

I like that The Eleven makes my companions feel safe, which few hotels can accomplish.

Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.
