The hotel staff were excellent, helped with the luggage both with check-in and check-out. The cleaning lady was very sweet, and helpful. The hotel staff was excellent. The spa experience, however was rather disappointing....very dark premises...hot stone massage was done with luke warm or rather coldish stones, for 60$ for 50 minutes and rather average/ robotic type massage wasn't very relaxing....there was a possibility to use sauna for 20 minutes, and they knock to prepare the room for the next person. But this was the spa experience. The hotel staff however were great and super-helpfu. The location is great in terms of walking in the area, but rather loud if you wish to get fresh air or sleep with the windows open...it is possible that my room location was as such.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

Couldn’t fault this lovely hotel. Staff were efficient & helpful. I loved the buffet breakfast, such a variety ! My room was clean & the bed so comfortable. Loved my massage too. Hoping to come back with my husband. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay .

This is an old hotel, with a need for refreshing. The bathroom was actually quite updated, with a great shower, but the room was tired. The room (suite) was stuffy and had a vague smoke smell. The lobby and public spaces were nice and the breakfast was plentiful.

Great staff, clean room a little out of the main attractions but hotel did offer a shuttle to drop off you just had to get. Taxi to go back
