Mid-Atlantic Scuba Diving Holidays

Parking like anywhere in New York was hard but $85 per day is a lot. I had to park somewhere else. The room was small and I was hoping for an upgrade but didn’t get it. The bathroom wasn’t that great. I think the hotel was okay. I did get 2 items per day either a drink or snack. I wouldn’t stay with small kids around this area maybe a place that is less chaotic.

Booked for work, will be my go to from now on!

The concierge service was excellent. Housekeeping left a note indicating we would only receive room service, same day, if we requested it (due to our “do not disturb” sign. Later, the sign was taken down, but housekeeping repeatedly tried to enter the room without having been called. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Times Square. The Grab’n Go sandwiches we purchased downstairs were all stale.

Ideal location for exploring New York. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The check in counter needs to have better illumination, should invite to check in and be like airport counter.

Staff friendly and helpful. Especially Paola and Marcelo. Hotel is in nice location, clean and rooms are big.

Great location, convenient to the train station, enjoyed the gym, easy to find places to eat, and my family of 15 visiting New York loved our stay! Only cons- bed was small/not too comfortable & towels had a musty smell like they weren’t dried fully.
