We did not have a breakfast here- but the menu looked great!

Everything is as great! The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds, loved the bar area and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here whenever we come back to NYC

The room was very small for the price. There wasn’t a desk, just a tiny table and a bed. The lobby, bar, and meeting rooms were spacious and well decorated, so it made the room feel pretty disappointing. My partner lost his passport so we looked for it all over the room, and the spaces behind the fridge and heater were extremely dusty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I had a decent time. The best part about the hotel is the beautiful location next to the Empire State.

What a wonderful surprise to come to Manhattan and get a great location and terrific hotel for such a reasonable price. Far exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and hospitality shown by the concierge and the Reception staff.

Customer support was disappointing! After 10:30 - no one answers the phone. Bridget upstairs....made a special effort to help us. She's a goddess! If it weren't for her, we would have hated the visit!

The front desk staff and housekeeping were spectacular. The room was well laid out, very clean, comfortable bed, and well curated amenities. What lets this hotel down are the very popular public spaces. In the morning we had to walk through two different photography session going on. In the evening, after seeing two shows, I was very much looking forward to a nightcap but the bar was three people deep and very loud. I am sure the hotel appreciates the revenue but it seems to come at the expense of the comfort of their paying guests. So I would say the accommodations are excellent but the hospitality needs improvement. If you need a room near FiDi or City Hall then I would recommend but if you are booking this to experience the environment of a full service hotel there are better options in NYC.

Good value hotel for Capitol Hill visit. Great location and service. Rooms are smaller and not a lot of frills but comfortable and have everything you need.

Breakfast was delicious and expensive. Room bed was not the most comfortable- they could really invest in new pillows.
