Gorgeous place to stay with our Skytower loving kid. Impeccably presented and comfortable, in a super handy location. Delicious breakfast buffet and wish we had time to go to Metita, next time. Staff were super welcoming, kind and helpful.

Tthe room was excellent .....Cleanliness ... Bed was great but needed a softer pillow. we did have a problem operating the Air con .So called reception and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent a concierge to help us. He was very polite and explained how to use it very well. So overall was great and staff were very helpful.We had a very enjoyable night there.

Check-in was superb and service extraordinary with Parisda (not certain of the spelling) escorted us to our room on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Enjoying a massage at Chuan Spa is a must and being centrally located to everything helped to make our stay easy. The bed is bliss too!

I love the styling of the hotel and rooms. Very cool and a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy. We had a very quiet room on the other side of the hotel. Lovely grounds and pool, which if we had more time would have been great to use more. The rooms were a great size, and the 2 queen beds were excellent for two friends sharing. Loved the Popcorn in the reception area! Easy access to parking, however there was a charge for this. Good food and drink in the onsite bar, and nice service. Only thing that was a minor fault, was the shower head in our room did not fit into its holder so the water went splashing every where in the bathroom. However there was also a rainhead which we could use instead. But otherwise, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.
