Hotel was in a nice location. 10 minute walk from train station. Convenient location. Staff assisted with luggage transport through Yamato transport, that was less expressive compared to other hotel chain. This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip.

Great location on Akihabra. The bar and restaurant are amazing. The stand is very helpful. I would recommend this location as you are steps from all the action yet at the upscale hotel it’s very peaceful and quiet.

This hotel is really incredible - the staff is lovely, the rooms are big and comfortable and the grounds are just gorgeous and peaceful. I was devastated to only be there one night but it was awesome nonetheless

Staff in the executive lounge did not act like hospitality professionals but behaved as if they were some elite social club allowing guest a privilege of being in their presences.

Great stay. Checked in with the room setup nicely. We requested for the futon beds which turned out great for our baby. The in-suite washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only down side for us is that the location is a bit of a walk to the elevator of the train station if you travel with a stroller. And I wish the towels of the hotel could be better as mine was shredding on my skin like crazy.

Lovely peaceful hotel after lots of very busy days out. Loved the massage chairs and not sure how but I slept so well every night. The rooms were quiet and dark. So good for someone who does not sleep well.
Only thing I missed was being able to strength train. A hotel gym is not a gym without weights. Lifting is an absolutely must before cardio! We don’t need cardio when we walk so much. Other than that, this hotel was brilliant.

We travelled as a group of 12 people. We booked 5 rooms and everyone was impressed. Staffs are very helpful. Dinner and breakfast are both tasty. The room is spacious and comfortable.
The location is scenic and historic. Naritasan Shinsho-ji is just next to the hotel. Even though there is no private carpark, it's enjoyable to talk the short walk to the public carpark.
