Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again.

The hotel is located at a very convenient area, only a few minutes walk from Nankai Station (45 min. to KIX airport), and subways, plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants and food places. It is within walking distance to Shinshaibashi walking street and Dotonburi area.

The hotel is very nice. In the heart of Dotonbori. Facilities were good. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The only downside was the area around is crowded with tourists and noisy well into the night

Overall a very nice property. The service was very good, but perhaps not quite up the 5 star quality that Ritz-Carlton is know for. The Club Lounge was slightly less impressive than what we have experienced at other 5 star hotels.
