After a very poor check-in, all was ok.

Room was clean and large, facitlity top notch, food excellent, staff very helpful, location perfect

Staff as always are very good, room was clean and serviced daily although towards the end of the week just the bed was made and bins emptied. Tables and sink wasn’t wiped down. I have to say this didn’t bother me too much. Could do with more hangers and drawers as we just ended up throwing everything in the wardrobe. Lovely sea view as booked a preferred room but need to remember to ask for a room on the other side in future as these get more sun. Overall again we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The room was good, bed was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good giving us a good start to each day we stayed. I only gave four stars because on both occasions that we have stayed, the shower has flooded because of blocked drains. We stayed in a different block each time so we wonder if there is a design issue.

I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. We will definitely be back Elliot Gentles
