I would definitely recommend this place, the staff are very friendly and so kind ,the place is so peaceful, with lovely garden view.i cant wait to go back again 😊

the pool access villas are fantastic but the walk through pitch black woods to get to the bars and restaurants is not, it's most bizarre, and after 9 pm you need to call reception to send someone to get you across the water into the resort, The food in the hotel was poor, I sent a dish back that was inedible and told I couldn't have it taken from my bill I had to order something else, I ordered a replacement and that was just as rubbish, I asked for assistance at the desk for booking a ferry to Krabi I was told they couldn't help me unless I chose to travel to Krabi by taxi which would be charged through my hotel bill , so all in all , accommodation was great everything else not so much

It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done!
