My stay at 201 Hotel was average. The breakfast was very ordinary, and I found it unwelcoming that there were signs everywhere warning not to take food out or risk being charged.
Another concern was the building layout—there was only one entrance door. If you park at the back, you have to walk about minutes in an area with no lighting. On a rainy and cold day, this is really inconvenient and uncomfortable.
