The services are top tier Room is clean Staffs are nice and welcoming Riu Palace keeps the drinks coming and their guests entertained. I will definitely be back!!!

Oceans Eden Bay was fabulous! We didn’t have great weather, but still had an amazing time! The room was very clean, the whole property was, the food was good with lots of options, the staff were attentive, fun and so kind! We are already looking to plan our next trip there. Kyash with a K, Billie, Renardo, Tashoya and all the rest, we can’t wait to see you again ❤️

The food and drinks overall were very good! However there were a few things that landed short. The pools were far too cold to use during cooler weather, lack of hot tubs where small pools were thought to be warmer than the pool. The beds were far too hard to get a good night's rest and some of the staff would make remarks when asked to perform a normal task that would be expected of a "5-star" resort. We enjoyed our time at the resort but it is a far stretch to refer to it as a 5-star resort.

my family and I had a wonderful week here! We loved the food, the pool activities, how passionate the staff were and of course the lovely scenery & weather of jamaica!

1. Staff were extremely pushy about upgrading to signature level and completing their “surveys”. We were harassed daily by them about this 2. Food overall was terrible. Limited selection, challenging to get reservations. We were sick on multiple occasions from the food. 3. The pool was very cold. 4. Beach areas are not as advertised. 5. House keeping did just an OK job, multiple days they forgot to restock towels. We then waited 1+ hours for staff to deliver these. 6. Overall upkeep of resort buildings was poor.
