No staff, no housekeepng, restaurant and bar noot available, deck unusable, no hot water, no fridge, no accessories, no kettle or coffee maker, flooded driveway and muddy entrance .... I could go on.
I checked out after two days (of the five) and went down the road to Hibiscus Lodge. I'd give a lower rating if there was one.
