The location is excellent. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The shower might be the best shower I've ever had anywhere, maybe even including my home. The bed was excellent. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

Property needs updating in terms of modern IT needs. Very few outlets and plugs for computer charging etc.

Great location, close to more than one train/metro station, the area is also really nice and it is just a 5 minute walk from Sensoji Temple. Room was more spacious that I was expecting for Japan, very nice shower too. Staff were lovely. Would stay again if in the area.

Clean rooms, basic rooms are small but paying a little extra for more space is worth it in my opinion especially if you find yourself with multiple people or large luggage. Location is good next to a train station with access to several convenient stores and a Don Quijote nearby. Staff is helpful and polite.

This hotel was NICE! The check in process was straightforward, the staff were genuine and helpful. The amenities around the hotel (private onsen, gym, family mart, and restaurant) were also phenomenal. I felt like this hotel had artsy vibes but also felt like home. The breakfast buffet in the morning was epic and very beautifully put together (felt like fine dining) and the staff there were so friendly! I can’t wait to visit this hotel again when my hubs and I visit Japan again ❤️
