About this property, there were several issues that arose. Someone stole my slippers from the pool side, and when I asked the front desk for some type of assistance with retrieving camera footage or anything that can help they stated they couldn’t help. There was a roach in the dining hall, the toilet broke twice and I had to contact maintenance, I was locked out my room for 2 hours due to the door dying and the key not picking up.
