Room great ! Having to travel to a different location in the rain was Terrible! Would not stay there again! Had to do the same of site location when leaving to drop key

This property was immaculate and well supplied with all you need for a weekend away. It was amazingly close to Hastings Street and even my unwell husband was able to walk comfortably into town. Only negative - no lift and we were on the top floor.

Beautiful property close to the beach and other attractions. The room was very nicely appointed and very comfortable bed. They made a mistake at check out trying to charge me a consumption I had not made from the mini bar but they solved it quickly and apologized.

Absolute gem hidden away amongst the trees. A must go if your looking for some quiet time with your partner or family

Location, cleanliness and standard. All fabulous

The one issue we had was our request for a portocot. We made a request well in advance and was told a portocot would be supplied. Once we arrived and checked in the Portocot was not in the room (our baby had to sleep in the car). House keeping arranged one but the mattress was too small (which is a safety issue). Another portocot was arranged which had the correct mattress size, however there was mould on all 4 edges sides of the top rails of the portocot. Very frustrating particularly when travelling with a young baby.

We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay. Reception was super helpful accommodating and early check in for us. We had a one bedroom apartment that was lovely and spacious. Only downside I would say was the bed as it was very firm.
