The views were amazing. The room was lovely, although it could use updating and there was a weird stand in our tub. However, it was cleaned and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool was lovely and you could tell it was well maintained. My only complaint in that area would be the towel bar was not open the entire time. We did not get the opportunity to experience this spa. The food at rumfire was quite good, although a little overpriced. However, this is Hawaii and everything is. The service. Was top notch the entire time we had an excellent server. Unfortunately I forget her name or I would mention her here. Our check-in experience was phenomenal and every interaction we had with the staff was lovely.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

The property is expansive. So be prepared to walk a long way to your room. However because it’s not a tall building you never wait for an elevator. We had two queens garden room and I honestly thought I would hate the bottom floor but it was great. We could hear the ocean but not see it.

We loved this resort! The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had to switch rooms (we booked the wrong one). From our room, we had a view of the ocean and the beach assess what great and easy to find!

This place is clean and beautiful. Although we didn’t use the pool or the other games they looked fun and inviting. We walked on the beach and watched the whales and there was even a sea turtle sleeping on the beach when we were there. Definitely would stay there again if we ever go back!

Staff is really nice and helpful allowed us to check in early. Bar and pool vibes are great and everyone seemed to enjoy the area. Only concern is the room not being cleaned well. Skid marks inside toilet bowl upon arriving, dried up roach on the door and a strong moldy scent in the room with flies. Bedding looks like it could be replaced as well.
