Rooms were clean and staff were nice.

The staff was wonderful as we spend the day at the pool. Easy to order food and drinks. Lots of good choices. Towels were easy to get and return.

I felt overall for the price I paid for my room the that this hotel is overpriced for the amenities and service level. To many additional upgrade and VIP charges in addition to what you are already paying. We were also supposed to Receive a small welcome gift everyday but you only received this if you stood in the front desk Line and requested it.

Everything was nice . Miss having restaurant on site. The takeaway window was good but miss sit down restaurant. Miss the beach access as well.

They had great places to eat, nice pool and the rental of snorkel equipment was easily accessible.

The room was very clean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were especially helpful when my husband had to go to the hospital and we had to cut our trip short. I especially want to thank Michael, our waiter for his concern and help. It was much appreciated.

Maid staff exceptional. I know they have a hard job keeping up with all of their cleaning tasks in the multitude of rooms that they have to take care of. But, they always did so with a smile, and never a complaint. Supplies of hand bar soap at sink could be more plentiful. Would be helpful to have make-up remover wipes, as other resorts and motels supply. Nice to have soap and conditioner already available in the shower, but choose a different scent or product, as my husband and I both agreed it didn’t smell very good, so we just chose to use the travel size we brought from home. The pool needs serious updating and better cleaning. Would be nice if it was heated, like the Whaler provides to their guests, along with a hot tub, at the very least. We did see whales this time we were at Maui, but from far away on the excursion the guest concierge services had us sign up for. It was really more of a snorkeling adventure, then a whale watch. For health reasons, I couldn’t do snorkeling anyways. We also had to drive quite a ways away to take the one she recommended, and it was far more expensive and time consuming then the original one we wanted to board right near your motel. Would have much rather done that more accessible and convenient one, which could have given us more time enjoying the beach on the day that was sunnier then the other days of our stay there. Bed and mattress not as comfortable as a a yr. ago, and way too big! Expected a normal King!
