Inspire Entertainment Resort Romantic Holidays

I booked a king-bed room through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that the property does not have any king beds available. The room we were given had a noticeable unpleasant odor, showed signs of poor maintenance, and was not clean. The photos on the listing significantly overstated the condition and appearance of the room. The bathroom/shower layout felt awkward and inconvenient, and the flooring throughout the room had uneven levels in several places. Overall, the accommodations did not match what was advertised. We chose to check out early and move to another hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Overall, the staff were very kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. However, there were a few issues with the room that affected my stay. My bed was not made on one of the days, the shower overflowed on a couple of occasions, and the bidet worked inconsistently. While I appreciated the staff’s hospitality and efforts, the room maintenance and housekeeping could use some improvement.

Hotel is in a good location for sightseeing but there is no lobby bar if you want to be social.

Wife and I had a wonderful stay in a spacious, quiet, clean, elegantly designed and very comfortable room with large windows overlooking the city. Staff were consistently helpful. Breakfast at both restaurants are excellent. The lobby space is beautiful. The hotel location is perfect. We are grateful to the staff and want to acknowledge the person who checked us in, our housekeeper, the bell desk and breakfast staff - thank you for a memorable stay.

The location was very close to the Main Street, shops, restaurants and public transport. Room was very clean. Breakfast is very simple.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, from the great location to the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff.

Great location and breakfest was the best in the world. We will book again when visiting seoul.

Small issue with scent of cleaning products, left a window open - helped.
