Staff were extremely kind and caring

Laundry is the best. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. It’s just the moldy smell inside the bathroom. It was clean and can’t see any mold but the smell was there. We had to turn on the exhaust fan for a while and yet every time we entered bathroom, we could still smell it. Other that that, it was great.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and had little translators to go from Japanese to English. They hold your Luggage’s if you have a late departure on your day of checking out. They are so close to the Universal Studios Japan, which is also nearby a lot of restaurants. Great location.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and clean. The AC went out for a bit but started working, the wifi was spotty in the room. We purchased the breakfast, most Japanese food, little Western choices, coffee was strong 👍. Rooms were spacious, beds soft, pillows hard. Rooms were clean. Had shopping and restaurants on 2nd floor. Had a ramp to the metro station. Hotel was central to many attractions. Would stay there again!

Beautiful location and amazing staff.

The experience was THE BEST, the service couldn't have been better. Even though we were there for 1 night it was one of the best hotel experiences. The room was so luxurious, clean, and tidy. They also gave us many gifts! The bar was awesome it was the best mood and relaxing. The staff were so polite and helpful every time we needed a taxi they would call them, and they made great interactions with the kids! Thank you six senses.
