I always look for a good location first and this hotel is very near to train station, Kyoto station (major train). It's just opposite the train station. Room is spacious for 3pax, clean and tidy. Bed size are comfortable, just right. Staffs are friendly and very patient.

An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Kyoto. Very chic and modern, this is a great place to stay. The staff were second to none, always with a huge smile and pleasant demenour. They were also very helpful in answering all our questions. A truly memorable place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful. You can feel the Kyoto vibe throughout the lobby all the way to the rooms with the details and quality and material of the building. Loved our stay and would love to come back. Great location too.

Amazing location close to great food, shopping, and bars. Super clean and well sized rooms. It was SO NICE having a washer/dryer. Stayed 6 nights out of our two week vacation and were able to wash clothes everyday. One con is they don’t have room keys so you enter a code for the elevator/room and the elevator code sometimes didn’t work but other than that amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.
