Incredible place, we had a fantastic time. I guess we got lucky because on a few dining occasions we were the only ones there which was very special. Everybody did a wonderful job and the pool is magnificent. If you haven’t been there yet you need to get there… The room was perfect. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast and lunch was incredible and the pool beyond magnificent. Right off the main road so you can access transportation easily.

Not bad not great. Just okay. The property surely has a lot of potential and is located in a nice area however is a bit run down or not fully maximized for its potential. Some will say this is luxury, I would say this is local luxury, on an international level it’s high but average. Food was great but some staff members were inconsistent. Little details weren’t monitored like soap and shampoo not being provided and refilled, stains in sheets right after changing them, not bad not fully worth the amount.

Excellent experience at Monkey Bar the staff give me tissue that was sweet of them. Lots of activities and the staff are amazing. Loved the kayaking since it was my first time and the staff are definitely hard working and well deserve to raise there salary.Food hall excellent staff Kim and Charlie assisting us. Why I loved most also is the safety on the location security and camera everywhere. My kids and I really appreciated all staff at Be Grand and looking forward on our next journey.
