Room had dust bunnies behind side tables, which were clearly visible.

The staff was very nice and the room was cleaned and well maintained

Room very clean. Bed and pillow very comfortable and supportive. Had good sleep here. Staff very helpful and polite. Area is very convenient and walkable. Close to metro station and lots of food.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in, across many countries. The staff are so polite+friendly and helpful. Love the sweet popcorn/nougat snacks and coffee+tea bags that they provide. The rooms are very quiet, clean, spacious, modern and chic with great attention to detail. The bathroom is really big with two large basins, an extra magnified makeup mirror on the side of the wall and a shower + separate bathtub. They have a great gym. The bed is so comfortable, and the room is dark enough with blockout curtains. The hotel is also very close to a few different station entrances.

Staff was very friendly. Location is awesome. Highly recommended.
