Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good.

We love the property and its nice welcome lounge. And, the room is spacious. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was really good

The New Otani was a very luxurious experience. The staff had great service and very accommodating. They helped me upgrade a room with ease and affordability. They helped me rent a car to drive around, give me access to the pool to take my son swimming, and heat up food in the middle of the night. The room service was delicious and parking was so easy and cheap. We had an amazing view of Osaka Castle and we were right next to the train station. I would love to stay here again on my next trip.

Great location for exploring. However, the property itself is quite dated. We were on the 30th floor-fantastic view but again dated- needs a freshen up all around.

Amazing stay! I stayed for 3 night during my solo trip and I found the location perfect! Easy access to the subway and temples. Very clean as well.
