Wasnt a bad stay staff was friendly but house keeping didnt come for the 4 days we were there other then to collect trash but it was ok nothing to write home about

The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and surprisingly spacious for Namba. The air conditioning and television were also very easy to use, which is a welcome touch for non-Japanese-speaking travellers, as hotel room controls in Japan can sometimes be difficult to navigate, even with AI translation tools. What let the hotel down, however, was the breakfast experience. There were lengthy queues each morning simply to be seated, as only one hostess was managing the process. Most guests do not want to begin their day by waiting in line for up to 15 minutes, particularly when there are plenty of vacant tables available in a large dining area. It seemed unnecessary for guests to have to wait to be formally seated. Once inside, there was further congestion due to there being only one coffee machine and one toaster, resulting in even more queuing in what is clearly a very busy hotel. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the breakfast operation would benefit from some improvements to better accommodate the number of guests.

Location is excellent. Due the renovation, there was only 1 elevator available for the guests and that’s a big issue especially in morning when people started to check out with luggages. This hotel does not provide like facial cleaning, mouth wash or any of the body lotions products like any other hotels that we have stayed in Japan.

Beautiful location and amazing staff.

The experience was THE BEST, the service couldn't have been better. Even though we were there for 1 night it was one of the best hotel experiences. The room was so luxurious, clean, and tidy. They also gave us many gifts! The bar was awesome it was the best mood and relaxing. The staff were so polite and helpful every time we needed a taxi they would call them, and they made great interactions with the kids! Thank you six senses.
