Gym is blatant false advertising on their website. So dark, dank, and noisy that we couldn't stay in it more than 2 minutes. Rooms are decent, but don't expect them to be cleaned properly during your stay.

A dated hotel situated on a very nice lookout over Banff. A larger hot-tub would be more inviting for guests. We didn’t use the available E-bikes which is a great amenity. Dining staff were very friendly.
