Disappointing Service and Crowded Breakfast Experience We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time, and the lobby was already crowded. When I approached the front desk, the staff told me to wait until exactly 2 PM. They took my number and said they would call once our room was ready. While waiting, we decided to have coffee at the hotel café. We ordered coffee, fries, and their famous ensaymada. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our coffee and fries arrived after around 30 minutes, and the ensaymada was already getting cold when it was served. Getting the bill was another frustrating experience. We had to call the servers several times, and eventually, one of them instructed me to go to the cashier to pay. What I found odd was that other tables were being handed their bills directly. After waiting at the café, we returned to the front desk, only to be told that our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our room experience wasn’t much better. My husband experienced allergic rhinitis during our stay, possibly triggered by dust or allergens in the curtains or carpet. The hotel itself also felt dated, although the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was extremely crowded and rowdy, with the queue extending all the way near the elevator.

The staff here are the most beautiful people in the world…always smiling, always warm and kindly.

Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful.
