Peaceful and quiet. Had a pleasant stay.

The Farm at San Benito is beautiful and the workers on the ground were phenomenal but these three areas were simply unacceptable: 1) THE FLIES! I did see a couple reviews before I booked mentioning flies but I thought it’s something we can simply shoo away. Sadly I was wrong. Those were HUGE flies and they came in droves in the first luxury suite assigned to us and in the breakfast buffet. We couldn’t help wonder how bad the hygiene must be in the kitchen behind the scenes. And not just flies, there were also spiders and moths INSIDE the suites; 2) CHECK-IN was disingenuous (assigned us initially to a Deluxe even if we booked an Executive, and claimed they will “upgrade” us to what we paid for in the first place; not sure if check-in staff were inept or this was systemic); and 3) UNSAFE ROAD ACCESS to the farm, we had to drive through sketchy neighborhoods and towns that blocked part of the already tight streets. IN SUM, I can’t recommend this property to friends and loved ones until these 3 areas are addressed.

Great hotel & the staff was so nice and polite.

The penthouse swimming pool and skysuite were awesome. Affordable and good for family gatherings.

Everything went well for this short stay. I had a very early flight Monday morning so checked in at 7pm. Aside from the slow check in, there were 3 counters but only 2 are staffed, everything was great. I had an issue with the tv and within 3mins after calling someone was there to fix it. After 30mins or so, I got a call from the front desk to check if someone fixed it - I thought this was a really great gesture to follow up. Checkout was painless at 6am+ and the best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to T3. Will definitely stay again when I have flights at T3.
