Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this.

Not a bad place to stay just lacking a lot of things such as pool side bathrooms and onsite restaurants etc. For a two bedroom room there is only one bathroom which really isn’t practical for 4 adults (only one towel rack and no space to place anything on the bench top). Also no dryer in the room and you are for some very strange reason not welcome to use the balcony to dry your clothes .. hard when they don’t provide any house keeping either ! Just much too difficult with kids so if you are looking for an easy stay I would recommend going somewhere with more facilities.

This was a beautiful apartment/hotel stay in an incredibly convenient location. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and nice. The laundry was such an amazing addition and very much needed after our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Ants in the bed , ants climbing up the walls in the kitchen. Housekeeping changed the bed linen and sprayed insect killer but still not good enough. Used earbud in the bathroom, crisps on the floor, fridge shelves dirty. So we didn’t cook or make use of the facilities. Very disappointing but the staff were lovely.

Amazing place with a great beach view. Pools were great too

Incredible spot for families. Right across from Muddy’s playground and the rest of the Cairns esplanade, the location is superb. Our two bedroom unit was immaculately clean with all the essential amenities needed for a perfect family holiday. We couldn’t fault a thing!
