Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

I had a great vacation at Bandara Beach Resort. It is located in a very quiet part of Phuket. The ocean is calm and clear. The roof top pool was great to cool down from the heat while listening to great music. The bartender made very strong and tasty cocktails. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the fact that we couldn’t lounge on the beach chairs because they are owned by the Flamingo restaurant, which is apparently, a separate company from the hotel. The breakfast buffet, which was served at Flamingo restaurant, was delicious and fresh! I’ve also had lunch and dinner there a couple of times and each time the food came out very tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone I encountered from the staff were all very friendly and professional. I would stay here again on my next vacation to Phuket.

Kalima Resort & Spa is an excellent choice if you want to be close to Patong while still enjoying a peaceful setting away from the intensity and noise of the main area. The location offered the best of both worlds: easy access to Patong, without feeling immersed in the chaos. This was my second stay in a Junior Suite, and I was again extremely impressed with the layout, comfort and balcony view. The room felt spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it a particularly enjoyable place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, with an extensive variety of options to suit different tastes. The shuttle service to and from Patong centre, running every two hours, was very convenient and made getting around simple. I also appreciated the newly added Executive Lounge, which was a thoughtful amenity and an ideal place to spend time while waiting, particularly during check-in or check-out. The updated resort app was an excellent companion throughout my stay. It made it easy to see what was happening, keep track of activities and book services across the resort. The staff at every level were outstanding, friendly, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Omi, who exceeded my expectations during my stay in 2024 and once again made my 2026 visit especially memorable. Whenever I travel to Phuket Patong area, Kalima Resort & Spa will be my first choice. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Everything was good but you have to pre-book your boat rides off of the island and that can be a little odd.

Our room was upgraded to ground floor pool entry from garden cottage. We were pleasantly surprised. Welcomed with English speaking receptionist. Room was clean and cleaned daily. All staff very pleasant even if they didn't speak English. Breakfast was brilliant. A good mix of Thai and continental. Choices changed daily. We could always fund something different to try or something we liked. Breakfast hours were very convenient. 6.30 - 10.30. I LOVED the pool. Canoes were a little battered but still usable. Pool needed regrouting as several tiles loose underfoot but the cleanliness was excellent. Issues did not affect my use of the pool and my family want to come and stay there also. Would really recommend. Great for families too.
