Excellent Service and Accommodations, with a Few Areas for Improvement Our stay at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills was overall a wonderful experience. The accommodations were excellent, offering comfort and a luxurious atmosphere, and the hotel staff's service was exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, a couple of areas could use improvement. The elevators experienced issues, which created some inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel’s complimentary car service, advertised within a two-mile radius, was quite limited, making it less useful than expected. Despite these shortcomings, the accommodations and outstanding hospitality made for a very enjoyable stay. With elevator improvements and more reliable transportation, the experience would be even better. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent hospitality, though a few operational details need attention.

Unfortunately the room smelt of mould, the sheets were damp, the air conditioning did not work and the doors rattled every time a car drove past.

I had a very nice and peaceful stay.. The room was upgraded, Felt like I was at a spa..The room was nice and clean. Staff was really nice.
